An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Operations Team. You will be required to develop, maintain and provide support services to drive member engagement and retention. You will work with volunteers from regional networks to meet member needs, raise the profile of CILEx and encourage the professional development of members. You will be required to work proactively with all stakeholders to develop and sustain professional relationships to support branch activity.
What we’re looking for
The successful applicant will have good customer service, and experience of legal practice/provision of legal services, or knowledge and experience of membership networks and organisations.
Who we are
The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) is the professional association and governing body for Chartered Legal Executive lawyers, other legal practitioners and paralegals. CILEx provides legal education, training and the development of skills for its members, and those who wish to become more proficient and knowledgeable in law. Our role is to enhance the role and standing of Chartered Legal Executives and all our members within the legal profession.
