Are you an experienced membership development expert looking for your next challenge?
Are you an expert in leading a membership database and developing data-driven strategies and business plans to grow membership and customer satisfaction?

We’re looking for a membership expert to help us grow our membership. Key skills we’re looking for are:
- The ability to grow a currently £5.5m Fellowship Income via a robust recruitment and onboarding, customer services, database management, and strong CRM leadership.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and team leadership skills, combined with the confidence and ability to communicate effectively and flexibly within a busy team environment, representing a vital function at the RSA.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- A commitment to the RSA’s mission and ideally be able to demonstrate an interest in the key research areas of the organisation.
