Customer Services Executive

1 Year Fixed Term Contract

A mixture of office (central London) and home working is anticipated with this role

Salary £25,254

We are recruiting a Customer Services Executive to support and influence the acquisition and retention of members of the Royal Society of Medicine.  You will work with a range of internal stakeholders and liaise regularly with current and prospective members, providing a point of contact for queries and applications for membership.

We are looking for a confident, approachable customer services executive who thrives on working in a busy customer facing role, preferably with an understanding of membership organisations.

Responsibilities include:

Ø  Customer data and CRM Management including updating records, taking customer payments and issuing new member packs.

Ø  Processing event bookings and payments.

Ø  General customer service duties including handling face to face, telephone and email enquiries.

 

You will have a track record working in a customer service led role and have high standards of service.
