The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) is the professional body for individuals working in automotive and the authoritative source of industry careers information, standards, qualifications and accreditations. The IMI’s Professional Register aims to drive up standards across the automotive industry, providing consumers and customers with added confidence in the industry and the professionals who drive it.
As part of the Member Engagement Team, we are looking for a Membership Manager to work with our Head of Member Engagement; they will be responsible for developing and implementing a membership engagement strategy which delivers on member retention, improved member-satisfaction and increased revenue strategies. The successful candidate will oversee a team and ensure that consistent high levels of service are delivered and experienced against KPIs. They will oversee the management of the day-to-day operations of the Membership Services and Engagement teams applying quality assurance to all interactions, processes and policies.
The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator, with the tact and assertiveness necessary to engage, support and brief internal and external stakeholders. As well as having the ability to develop marketing campaign briefs to support with effectively communicating the value of membership and growing The IMI’s Membership Community.
