Could you be our Membership Executive?
The Membership Executive will play a vital part in our new in-house Membership Team and will be involved in developing and embedding our new CRM system which will manage all aspects of ESE’s Membership throughout the member journey of application, onboarding, engagement and renewals.
You will be the first point of contact for our members and so must be professional, a sound communicator and skilled administrator. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring that we are promoting ESE, and its membership offer, to our members and supporters. As part of a small team we are looking for someone with a flexible approach to learning and taking on tasks as the role and the team develops.
Responsibilities include: The role will include being involved in the set up and embedding of a new CRM system for ESE, along with managing the new in-house Membership team, plus devising and setting up processes, systems, member journeys etc. to ensure our members receive top quality service from the Society and that all membership processes are undertaken with efficiency, energy and effectiveness.
You will also play a crucial role in ensuring that we are promoting ESE, and its membership offer, to our members and potential new members. You will be one of the first points of contact for our members and so must be professional, a sound communicator and efficient and help create policies and processes to ensure members feel valued at each stage of their journey with ESE.

A competitive salary, together with a company pension scheme is available. 25 days holiday per year, raising one day each completed year to a maximum of 30 days (pro-rata for part time employees).
