Job Seniority: Manager
Job Function: Management
With over 14,500 members and regular contact with a further 60,000 voluntary organisations, one of NCVO’s main objectives is to strengthen the voluntary sector through practical support and resources.
We are looking to you to lead and deliver this support. This support can come in many forms, from telephone enquiries, commissioning website content, identifying emerging trends and interpreting the impact they may have, through to delivery of face to face training and conferences programme that positions NCVO as a sector leader with outstanding expertise.
This role is both hands on and strategic. On any given day you could be taking calls from members and later feeding in to the next stage of our digital roadmap.
A natural collaborator, you work with colleagues across teams, draw on evidence, and use your experience as a senior manager to develop our support package through the lens of our members. You’ll bring your business acumen to the role, contributing to our social enterprise.
Knowing what we don’t know, you’ll be a great desk researcher with a clear and comprehensive understanding of the existing support networks throughout the sector.
NCVO is fully committed to equality, diversity and inclusion in our sector. We want this to be reflected in the diversity of the people who work for us and we welcome applications from people from all backgrounds.
