Salary: £45,000-£48,000 dependant on experience plus a generous benefits package including pension and 25 days holiday plus 3 days at Christmas

My client, a growing professional membership body based in Milton Keynes with over 2,000 members are currently looking for a Marketing Manager.

They have a small friendly team, committed to service excellence and continuous learning, development and growth. You can be home based/remote with one day month at their Milton Keynes Office

The Role of Marketing Manager

We’re seeking an experienced marketing professional to support the delivery of our strategic and commercial goals. We’ve experienced fantastic growth in the last few years and as we look to the future, we have more ambitions to expand our membership and audience both in the UK and internationally.

As the only dedicated marketing expert in the organisation, you will craft and implement marketing campaigns across the marketing mix.

You will develop an understanding of our audience, using data and insight to drive decision-making, targeted campaigns, and proposition development.

We look forward to welcoming an experienced marketing professional with specialist knowledge of the membership association and professional bodies sector.

The successful candidate will have led both tactical and strategic marketing activities that deliver on organisational growth objectives.  They will be an excellent project manager with a commercial mindset.

The Person

Demonstrable track record of marketing experience, ideally within a membership organisation or professional body

Understands data analysis and digital tools

Is creative and comfortable with proposing new ideas

Has excellent copy writing skills

Has strong interpersonal and team skills

Is committed to ongoing personal development and growth
