My client a reputable and established professional membership body is currently searching for a Curriculum and Standards Manager to contribute to the development and delivery of the Learning Change Programme (LCP) objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Managing the enhancement of the institute curriculum, including its content, design and delivery, establishing and enhancing the processes by which the institute assures the quality and standards of its qualifications.

Lead the development and review of the institute’s human marked assessments and supporting networks to produce these, producing policy initiatives, reports and guidance as appropriate,

Ensure effective working both internally and externally and drive coordinated approaches to problem solving and continuous improvement.

 

Person Specification

 

Essential

Educated to degree level or equivalent proven experience

Demonstrable experience in curriculum and standards development and project based delivery using online and innovative methods, in an international environment

Demonstrable ability to engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders collaborating to solve challenges

An open, receptive and coaching leadership style that engenders a positive collaborative culture, empowering and sustaining high performing teams

Due to the nature of working within a project environment, experience of a willingness to be hands on and involved in a number of activities happening concurrently

Excellent planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail

Strong problem solving, analytical, intellectual, written and oral communication skills

Ability to work flexibly and creatively, with the clarity of vision and drive required to achieve successful changes

 

Desirable

Sound understanding of the current challenges facing professional bodies educating members

Evidence of commitment to professional development

Management experience within a professional body or higher education provider
