The purpose of the role is to support the Head of Member Services in the undertaking of a thorough review and modernisation of member related services. This will involve assessing the current services compared to those of other professional bodies, making recommendations to the management team and Board of Trustees, and then leading the implementation of changes.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience of working in a similar membership organisation and able to draw on their excellent project management skills, commercial acumen and enthusiasm to help shape the future of the membership proposition.
The role is home based, with occasional travel to the BOHS Office in Derby. it will suit an individual who is highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable with using video and telephone conferencing facilities and other remote-working technologies.
You will display a passion for membership and a commitment to occupational health. You will have a positive, can-do attitude and be ready to hit the ground running. You will have excellent organisational and project management skills, as well as the ability to critically assess and influence change.
This is a demanding role, requiring commitment and application. Your people and relationship skills will be important in interacting across and beyond the organisation with a wide range of stakeholders.
The role is full time 37 hours per week, fixed term contract for two years.
