We are looking to recruit a motivated Membership Manager (0.6 FTE) to join our newly formed Member Services team, which support our Community, Quality and Learning activities.
The successful candidate will grow and nurture our strong community engagement and volunteering activities, including our Task and Devolved Nation groups. You will support our ambitious, enthusiastic and creative members to deliver high-quality content across all our strategic areas.
To be successful in the role you will be well organised, enjoy working as part of a team, be able to coach others to solve day to day problems with excellent interpersonal skills and experience of establishing, building and maintaining relationships at all levels of an organisation.
Flexibility is essential due to AGCAS’ size. There is a need for all team members to undertake a variety of work and help others during periods of higher workload including occasional UK travel and overnight stays.
