Responsible for:

  • Providing support the Business Services team to increase accredited business retention and growth and implement subscription and income growth activity
  • Acting as first point of contact for accredited business enquiries
  • Assisting in the delivery of all other planned operational activity relating to accredited businesses

Main Duties

  • Provide daily support to the Business Services team on accredited business registrations, renewals, bulk renewals, compliance and revenue generating services
  • Co-ordinate, categorise and allocate all relevant accredited business communications (mail, email and telephone enquiries)
  • Handle day to day business enquiries (mail, email and telephone)
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on accredited business communications volumes and response rates
  • Support the accredited business renewals process for both bulk and independent renewals
  • Process business registrations and renewals on a daily basis
  • Manage and support the accounts invoice production process for business services functions, including daily review of bank payments and creation of “opportunities” on the system as necessary
  • Set up account management meetings and any other accredited business events as needed; support meeting follow-ups as required
  • Process Code Shop and training orders as required, liaising with the relevant external providers
  • Assist with the project to improve accredited businesses’ display of TMO logo
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date data on company systems
  • Manage The Motor Ombudsman absence and flexi records and report to HR as appropriate
  • Coordinate and manage stationary and stock for The Motor Ombudsman team
  • Drive business efficiency by ensuring an efficient and organised workspace is maintained, including maintenance of The Motor Ombudsman Business Services online workspace in the group shared drive
