Membership Services Administrator, up to £24K, SW London
A pioneering Learned Society which serves over 100,000 professional members on a global scale, providing support, education and professional development as well as driving innovation is seeking its newest team member to provide front line support to a diverse and exciting membership.
The growth of the membership services team means that your new role will be key in providing the very best and most comprehensive customer service, particularly liaising with students and graduates. You will be working with an experienced team and the role will be split between administrative and customer service based tasks. You will be a point of contact that helps professionals determine their next career step and also how to become accredited for professional recognition.
To join as a Membership Administrator you will need to be confident working in a busy and fast paced office environment including:
Strong IT Skills including database and CRM systems
A professional and confident telephone manner.
Organised and methodical approach to systems.
